Customers can cancel subscription at any time. ( MUST BE cancelled before the 15th of the month before boxes are shipped.) If you cancel subscription after the 15th you will be charged and your box will be mailed to you for that month. After you will no longer be charged or sent a box.

Customer can upgrade at any time before the 15th if you would like to receive it in the current subscription month. Upgrades submitted after the 15th ensure you will receive your upgraded box the next following month.

Failure to pay monthly subscription will result in auto- cancellation.
